FEATURES:
- CONTROL: The control system meets UL and CSA standards.
- FRAME: Cast iron frame, precision machined.
- TABLE: Manufactured from high quality FC-25 cast iron with rib reinforcing for perfect alignment and maximum rigidity. Table surface is precision ground for a smooth and accurate feeding effect.
- CUTTERHEAD: Choice of straight knife, quick change, and spiral cutter-heads are available.
- INFEED ROLLER: Corrugated, 75mm diameter.
- OUTFEED ROLLER: Smooth surface, solid type, 56mm diameter.
- BED ROLLERS: Adjustable from 0 to 0.040" above table.
- PRESSURE BAR: Cast iron, with spring tension and mounted concentric to cutter-head providing exact tolerance to cutting circle.
- CHIP BREAKER: Ductile iron, spring loaded, sectional type, with independent 1/4" yield. Sections are mounted on a steel shaft just forward of knife-cutting circle.
